Our Water Commitment

Welcome to the Nevada Wells Cooperative. We are a 501(c)(12) nonprofit well water utility committed to providing Nevada members with safe, clean, and sustainable well water. Guided by our principle, “Preserve our wells, Protect our Independence,” our cooperative is owned and managed entirely by its members. Unlike for-profit utilities, we prioritize members and community control—not corporate dividends—so we can protect and sustain our shared groundwater resources without outside influence. Together, we invest in the infrastructure needed to keep Nevada’s well water flowing and preserve our community’s self-reliance for generations.
